How can I stop masturbating?

What's it like going to confession?
What's it like going to confession with a Catholic priest? I've often wondered this. Do you have to tell him every little sin you've committed? Could I be a masochist?

There are 2 things that could explain his behaviour, but I dont think it is specific to you.
1. Alot of people have conditioned themselves to need to asturbate to get to sleep (usually by accident).
